Pixelated shadows on random objects in games

Recently I started noticing out of no where that certain objects in games have very pixelated and almost blurry look to them. It's happening on almost every game I play. For reference all the shadows quality and AA settings in each game are set at the highest settings possible because I wanted to see if it made a difference (it doesn't). Not sure if this is a driver issue or what but it happened recently in the last two weeks and hasn't gone away

That's really strange. Do you have the same problem when you put all your settings on low or medium?

Seems like a blending issue.

Did this occur after a driver update? And which version are you running?

Check if the AMD driver is installed and not the one provided by windows-update.

You could also try to clear shadercache, though should effect all games but..

Also have seen some weird things, when AA or Anisotropic-setting get forced.
