Hi, yesterday I build my first PC with the help of a friend, everything went pretty good, until i booted windows.

My desktop is full with white flickering pixels and in games, like Overwatch, CS:GO the whole screen is flickering and its literally unplayable.

My specs : Sapphire rx 580 4gb GPU

Aorus b450 elite

ryzen 5 2600 CPU

Corsair tx 650w PSU

Hyperx Fury 16gb DDR4

I tried a different monitor and a different HDMI cabel but nothing worked.

I hope someone can help me with this problem

Seems the memory from your graphic card has gone bad. Try underclocking memory speed but I think your card is a goner. It's new?

I tried underclocking, didn't work for me, the graphics card isn't new, guess it's bricked.

i have the same problem with my rx580

how do you fix it? it is works okay in win7

once i upgraded win 10 this starts happen.
