I have RX540 2GB. When I try to switch power saving mod in Radeon Settings to performance mod it doesnt work anything at all. After i switch the mod it just turns original to the power saving mod. This became a real problem for me. I cant play any games at all. Whereas I play GTA V with 70 fps I play Skyrim with 30 fps which is kind of a stupid situation. My friend who has a real bad old featured computer with NVidia plays PUBG mobile smoothly but I cant even play it thanks to 15 fps!! Like what the hell is 15 fps ?? I also can not set DWM settings to performance as well. The pc is always on powersaving mod. And yeah, I turned high performance mod on monitor settings on windows.
