Hello everyone.
I bought a new computer with following characteristics:
Hardware
- CPU: amd ryzen 2700x
- GPU: radeon vega 56
- MB: gygabyte B450 AORUS M
- Mem: G. Skill Ripjaws V 3200MHz (2x8)
- PSU: Ginzze PC800 800W
- Monitor: Asus VZ27V
Software
- Windows 10 Pro
- Latest BIOS firmware (f42g)
- Radeon Software Version: 19.11.1 and two previous
and from the very beginning I ran into a problem: poor performance in full screen mode. It doesn’t matter which application I use: 3DMark, Overwatch, Destiny 2, YouTube in Firefox - FPS drops to 10-20, and when playing in full screen mode with a window, fps rises to 300. If I open a performance overlay that is on top of YouTube full screen video - it will not freeze. I tried reinstalling the Radeon drivers, but it didn't seem to help.
