PC won't turn on with rx480 plugged in

Hello. I have a problem with my pc. I was playing a game and suddenly it turned off. I tried to turn it on but nothing happened just leds on my motherboard turn on for a second and then whole pc turn off. I tried couple of times and it's always the same. 

I tried to reset my bios by removing battery but still the same. Also tried to start my pc without ram and some fans but with plugged gpu - nothing happened.

I was thinking this may be psu failure but I plugged my old graphics card and my pc started.... So my question is do my RX 480 is dead?

What is the make/model of the power supply?

I have checked it and it is definitely gpu failure because my pc is working well with old graphics card installed. So now I need new graphics card.
