Hi guys,
I am currently experiencing some trouble with my dual monitor setup.
My specifications are:
AMD Radeon RX Vega 56 8GB (Sapphire Pulse Edition)
ASUS B350 Motherboard
AMD Ryzen 5 1600x
20GiB DDR4 RAM (2666MHz)
Windows 10 Pro, 20H2, 19042.685
AMD Drivers version: 20.9.1
I have two monitors (Samsung U28E590 (4k, DisplayPort) and S27F350 (Full HD, HDMI).
The issue: Whenever I wake up my computer, the second monitor turns on a little quicker so all windows are displayed on it. After the first monitor turns on all windows are then moved to it. This issue also appears when launching a game into full screen etc.
Since this only appears on Windows, not Linux (Arch with 5.9.11 Linux Kernel), I've come to assume that the issue is with the Graphic Drivers, not the hardware. I've already tried updating and reinstalling the AMD drivers. It's just somewhat annoying having to reallign all my windows hundred times a day.
