OpenGL Depth Rendering Problem On Specific Programs

Hello. I have been hacking away at this issue since I first purchased this PC about a year ago. In a specific game, Second Life, my AMD GPU is delivering serveral rendering issues.

1. Constant Random Crashes

2. Inability To Render Depth Maps in game

3. Low FPS

Included in this link is my forum post from Second Life's forums which led me to conclude it is an OpenGL Rendering Issue.

**PLEASE READ THAT FORUM POST IN DEPTH**

YES I have uninstalled Reinstalled

YES I have updated drivers

YES I have messed with game settings.

I have escalated this issue to the develops of the Second Life Viewer called Black Dragon and they were stumped. I escalated this issue to the developer of Gshade. They were also stumped.

This image describes in detail my issue. this specific program, which runs on OpenGL is not able to produce a depth map. In addition where I should be getting at least 30FPS in all areas I find I am getting about 7-10. In addition it crashes randomly all the time. The injected software in the red window on the right is a photo manipulation tool called Gshade.

  1. What is the OS  (version and build)?
  2. Motherboard make and model, including BIOS version?
  3. Display(s) make and model?
  4. Cables and adapters used to connect the GPU to the display(s)?
  5. Resolution and refresh rate set to?
  6. Application/Game version and build (available under help)
  7. AMD Chipset driver installed?

4.0.2 - Refreshing Dragon, Firestorm 6.5.3 (65658) Mar 1 2022 10:01:35 (64bit / SSE2). All are clients, or "Viewers" used to access Second Life and all have the same issue. And this issue has persisted over multiple versions over the course of a year since the computer was assembled.

After a year of research I am 100% CONFIDENT that the solution is NOT: Updating the AMD driver, Updating the client programs, Messing with their game quality settings, or uninstall reinstall. Infact sometimes this game crashes the GPU so bad that it completely corrupts the driver and falls back on windows default drivers and I have to completely reinstall AMD.

Meanwhile Microstar is offering BIOS version AF (April 2022). Your BIOS is 3 years old. Please update your system BIOS. In addition I have not received any answer to question no. 8.
