hello, how to play only audio from the display port 6600xt.hdmi to monitor,display port to amp Yamaha.it shows as 2 screens .i want one screen and only audio output from the other .thanks

To play only audio from the DisplayPort 6600XT to a monitor, and output video to an amplifier or receiver via DisplayPort, you can follow these steps:

1. Connect the DisplayPort cable from your graphics card to your monitor, and the second DisplayPort cable from your graphics card to your Yamaha amplifier or receiver.

Hi Billy, is there any way to make this work without having to extend/duplicate screens? If I do that, my receiver can't handle HDR nor 4k resolution, and the cursor leaving the screen several times is quite annoying... So, is there any way on AMD software that allow us to select digital audio and make the HDMI works as AUDIO OUTPUT only? Thanks in advance!
