New Update quits 45 sec. missing xerces-c_2_6.dll file missing

Newest update downloaded 3 days ago it starts and quits that fast popup says  missing xerces-c_2_6.dll

So I dig in do my recherch it seems to be an AMD thing but I got the file but the where to put it for AMD is a bit of a unclear situation. So if there is someone out there that can help me with the where. Then I would be very greatful. I have pretty much been looking around for last 3days for that answer and I have not found it yet only that itis an issue. Thanks :smileyfrustrated::manfrustrated::smileytongue:

At the top of each forum section is "info req. when creating a q.........'

So yeh, it might  help someone to offer assistance.
