Hi folks,

Just recently purchased a RX 580 after using Geforce cards for years. Install was easy and downloaded and install latest drivers from AMD.

My question is at low temperatures after you start Windows 10 is the fan shutting off normal? In global settings my GPU is running at 43C while i am browsing internet. I figured it would spin down to a lower speed when not hot but am not familiar with cards that turn the fan off. Oops forgot to mention I have the MSI RX 580 Armor card.

That is normal behavior for your card.  It's called...  Zero Frozr: Stopping the fan in low-load situations, keeping a noise free environment.
