Need help with graphics card 144 Hz.

Good afternoon, I have an Asus monitor that supports 144 Hz. I have the AMD Radeon R7 200 series graphics card on my computer. When I go to windows display options, it only shows 60 Hz max? I have dual link video cable hooked up, so this should work? What am I missing? I've attached an image of video card specs.

Thanks,

I had a look at your Subvendor ID (1682), GPU device ID (6613:00), and BIOS part number and they seem to indicate a XFX R7 240/340. Is it this card? If so then your dual-link DVI cable is actually connected to a single-link DVI port, which is only capable of 1920x1080 (@ 60Hz). You should try an HDMI cable instead.
