My sapphire radeon r9 390 nitro is causing black screen crashes, what can I do?

So like 2 weeks ago my PC had it's first black screen shutdown and now it happens in irregular intervals.

My PC crashes when playing games, it can happen after 10 minutes or sometimes after 2 or more hours or anything in between.

It even worked flawlessly for 3 days straight but then the crashes returned, what I want to say it's really irregular and doesn't follow any pattern

I checked if it was an overheating problem but the temperatures were pretty much perfect.

I also checked if it was a power problem but that seemed to be in optimal condition too.

Do you guys have any ideas what I can do to fix this problem?

Are there any known problems with the r9 390?

Some of the Fixes I tried but which failed:

-Changing the TrDelay to 8 or more seconds

-Toggled on Power efficiency

-Set power limit to +50%

-Reinstall Windows

-Updating Bios

Sounds like you have done some decent debug already. Did this just happen randomly one day? For example, did anything change on your system like a driver/windows update?

If you can try the GPU in a different system that may help confirm a hardware faulty, perhaps on the GPU or the PSU/Motherboard.
