When I'm playing games like CS GO or Rust, the monitors turn off, the graphics speed up its fans and I have to restart the pc manually. When I enter the amd software I see that the gpu has peaks from 0% to <80% without any type of open program

check the temps man, it could be the psu (from experince and 2 broken pc), it could be the startup, just check the task manager they will find the background app using your gpu, owh and a bit advice, if this is a pre built, try to debloat it, the bloatware on some prebuilt or SI usually use 30% on the Gpu alone tho, if its not a prebuilt then still debloat it (if you really hate cortana and one drive
