The gpu is on, fans are spinning, lights are on. It needs a 6+2 but I don’t have one, so I just used a 6 pin (leaving 2 open). I plug the HDMI in the GPU and boot up pc. I wait for 2 minutes, still... no signal

Is the power supply strong enough to run the GPU / or the computer? (no 8pin connector?)
Is this a prebuilt system? Like Dell? Will the system BIOS allow for this upgrade?
Is the PCIE slot Enabled?
