Hi.My RX 550 4gb is constantly overheating and it seems lite that the fans are not spinning.Is there any fix?

Its 65 celsius at idling and at 82-89 under load
If the fans dont spin, try to check if the cable, from the fans is well connected to the card. You can have a fan malfuction, what brand is the card?
Its Sapphire Pulse, and the cable is properly connected.
