Problem:
My monitors will occasionally go black. the computer is not asleep, and the monitors are still receiving input, but it's just a black screen. I cannot restart it, and the shortcut for restarting the graphics card (ctrl+win+shift+B) doesn't do anything. my driver is up to date, and I have to physically turn it off with the power button.
