My GPU Not working, what do i do?

The ScreenShotHello! I have a problem.

Now I have bought my laptop a few months ago and saw good performances, but there was something wrong. See, this days I have noticed that my GPU is not working so I contacted the AMD and got a response. ¸I made all of the steps as said but nothing would work. All of the specs are in the screenshot and what do I do?

Need to post your exact Make & Model of your laptop. If possible S/N.

Also post your GPUs you have in your laptop, Integrated Graphics (Make & Model of APU) and Discrete GPU card installed.

Please go into more detail about your GPU not being recognized or working in your laptop.

Any errors showing?
