My GPU card setting changing every restart

Hello Again Guys,

i'm tried of RX 580! My new problem is:

I'm using my GPU at Tuning Control = Manuel mode. When i restart my computer, its settings changes to default and GPU fans is not spinning before i reset setting.

I always keep it in Manual mode. In manuel mode, temperature will be around 40C. If its in automatic mode, fan is starting to spin around 55C. I don't want this. I want GPU's fan spin everytime.

This is the mode i want to use at all time.

Note: I did clean install many times btw. It did not solve my problem.

Hi Guys,

I have a 580 also and Iam getting the exact same problem.

My tuning settings always revert back to default after a restart.

I read somewhere that newer uefi mobos with fast boot can cause the problem however I don't know how to check if this is causing the issue or if it is something else.
