My AMD Ryzen 5 3400G starts lagging after playing good for 30 minutes

My Pc Specs:

CPU : AMD Ryzen 5 3400G

APU: AMD Ryzen 5 400G Vega 11 ( 2 GB)

RAM: 2400ghz 4x2 =8 GB 

motherboard: Gigabyte a320m-s2h

hdd: 1 TB

At this spec I can easily play GTA V or other similar games at a the low settings with 60 fps.

But  when I run the game it gives me good performance for 30 minutes. After that it starts to lag/ FPS drops 60 FPS to 30 FPS even 10 FPS.

Please give me a fix. And save me. I am  very very depressed on it.

What are your temperatures? Is it overheating and throttling?

I have the same issue with msi a320m-a pro max please did you find the solution?? 

I saw something about updating the BIOS but didn't try it

Please any one help or just confirm what's the problem (hardware or software)
