my AMD ryzen 5 2600 and Radeon 580 seires not working properly

hi, i have a AMD Ryzen 5 2600 6-core (16gb) with a Radeon RX 580 seires and i play alot of CSGO and Squad, i have done almost nothing in the Radeon software exepct put it on gaming and Esport performance (that helps almost nothing with the frames of my games) and i have done nothing in the Ryzen Master software (not even touched the controls), and when i play CSGO i get around 100fps and it drops when i move and shoot sometimes, and i never stable at one point of the day, i was playing on high setting (it auto put me on the high setting) but i now play on the lowest and still don't go over 200 in MM or faceit.

in Squad i get around 40fps in-game at medium setting...

i dont know what to do at this point when i dont want to mess to much with the setting or try and overclock the cpu, i have a 240hz monitor and though i could atleast enjoy CSGO at 240hz stable, but noooo. i have had this problem since i got the pc, but didnt think much into it until i realized that 100fps on low setting in csgo, is terrible for a GPU.

any tips i can to on Ryzen master or/and Radeon software to make my fps feel smoother or atleast run better?

Go to this Gaming websites that shows all the recommended game settings for various games: https://prosettings.net/cs-go-best-settings-options-guide/  or https://www.pcgamesn.com/counter-strike-console-commands or https://www.pcgamer.com/how-to-configure-counterstrike-go-for-the-maximum-competitive-advantage/

See if by using the recommended settings for the games you have will have better FPS than before.

Also on the Radeon RX580 in Radeon Settings set your Power to 50% and a aggressive Fan Curve and see if that helps any in your game playing.
