Monitor freeze during the game COD MW, but PC continues to work.

I can hear sound. After I turn OFF and ON monitor again everything goes to normal. How do I fix it? 

I installled optimised for COD MW drivers.

System Spec: Crosshair VI Hero , Ryzen 2600X, 16 Gb. 5700XT

Monitor: DELL  S2719DGF 1440p 144Hz

GPU drivers 19.11.1
 
As I described before only one time during the game monitor freeze, but sounds and etc continue to go. 
If you turn of monitor and than turn it on I can hear in windows the sound of connected new device. And after that all game goes smooth.
I found temporal solution for it:
If you go to Monitor Menu - Input Source - Auto Select turn ON
than I do not need to manualy turn ON and OFF my monitor.
The game still freeze for 1-2 second (oince per connection) but after monitor can reconnect itself.
This is weird problem and I didnt had any similar before even with same drivers and same hardware.
It only appeared recently.
