Max resolution ATI Radeon HD-5770 1024 MB graphics card. Mac Pro Tower 5, 1 Mid 2012

Looking to replace my 2-20" cinema displays with LG 34UB67B 34" monitor.

LG says Max resolution 2560 x 1080 or higher.

Will this card work?
