So Overwatch was crashing regularly accompanied by frequent blue screens only in any graphically intensive game. I went through and did memtest, chkdsk, verified driver compatibility, unistalled and reinstalled the game, had windows repair itself, had the game repair its self with no success. I finally uninstalled the drivers completely and had it running on basic MS drivers then I had Radeon Software install the latest stable drivers. At this point i was having trouble moving through windows. Elements would flicker/lag/tear. Playing the game is a struggle. Tears, hangs, audio tearing, and dropped down from running smoothly on 100fps down to being only stable at 30fps. Trying to run it higher gets me fluctuations of 50fps. I'm at a loss.
