Low FPS on Upgraded GPU - RX 560 4G ASUS

Hi. I have recently upgraded my GPU to Rx 560 and I have installed the GPU drivers. But I'm getting terrible FPS on every game I tried to play. 8-25 FPS at low and medium settings. My PC specs are : 

Intel core i5 2400

12GB DDR3 Ram 

RX 560 (upgraded from Amd Radeon HD7570) | 21.3.1 AMD Radeon Software

500GB HDD.

What games?  That CPU is going to be a bottleneck in many modern games.

What CPU and GPU usage are you seeing in these slow games?
