Mother board: GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-S2 R2

CPU: AMD FX-6100

Video card: ASUS ROG STRIX RX 470 GAMING OC AMD Radeon RX 470

Just change my GTX 550ti on rx 470, and had a strange problem. Minecraft 1.7.10 start to freeze in menu and in game I have only 10-20 fps. 

With previous video card everything was ok and there were 70-100 fps!

I have reinstalled drivers, reinstalled windows, updated java but nothing happend. I still have 10-20 fps.

Could you help me?

Also memory clock stuck at 300 while playing minecraft, but in borderlands, kingdom come and other games memory clock was up to 1700 and there're no freezes
