lagging when resizing windows - AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT

Hey all - I was having major lagging issues with my computer (build info below) and then this morning I installed the AMD driver update app and now things are *mostly* better except for how when I resize any application, it feels like it lags in a way that I can't imagine is optimal with the build that I have.

Here's a video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fzDGzJQM4So

I'm sure there might be some additional info y'all need - happy to provide, just lemme know!

I'm also having the same issue. Did you find a fix?

For me it seems to only happen in Chromium based apps for me (Brave, VSCode, Edge, Postman) but now it's happening in Firefox as well.
