Just got an Rx580. Previously had an Rx480 which I intended on continuing to use but ....

after moving the 480 to the other PCIE slot it wont give out a signal to my second monitor.  My pc is detecting both cards and so is my AMD Radeon Software. Any guesses as to what could be happening? Yes the monitor is on, and it is connected via HDMI

Fyi when I re-plug the monitor in it connects and says hdmi but then goes back to no signal
