Whenever I start up a game I'll get these extremely large polygonal flickers of light on the screen. It makes everything unplayable. I have the RX 570 Series and I'm having difficulty running extremely simple games such as rocket league. The only way I can seem to get any improvement is if I lower the FPS on the game to 30 or lower
