he laptop is lenovo v15 g2 alc
I am facing graphic driver issue since the purchase of this laptop.Whenever I am just using chrome or simply browsing files it results in a bluescreen most of the time
I have uninstalled the Graphic driver using Amd clean uninstall and the graphic driver is microsoft basic display adaptar now everything works fine no blue screens but as soon as the amd graphics are installed frequent bluescreens occur
i have downloaded the graphic driver from lenevo driver official site for my laptop- it results in bluescreen
downloaded from original amd support site for my Ryzen 3 5300U processor still blue screen
downloaded from 3rd party apps such as driver booster 10, smart game booster still blue screen
i have performed several tests like windows memory dignostics memtest 86 all results came back without any errors
completely reinstalled windows still same problem
the frequent error codes are:-
driver irql less or equal
memory management
kernel security check faliure
paged fault in non paged area
clock watchdog timeout
