Hi everyone,
2 weeks ago,i've buy a new computer :
- AMD Ryzen 5 3400G
- ASRock A320M-HDV 4.0
- 16Go Dual channel @ 1330Mhz
- RX Vega 11 2Go
For two weeks,i issued many graphic crash in games and sometime in web browser.
Today i receive my new card :Radeon R9 380 serie 4Go.
When i used the graphic chipset,i know 2Go of my ram have been used. But now,when i go to the properties of my graphic card,i have this : https://ibb.co/S6Pvm9h
Can you tell me if it's normal? By the way,i still have graphic crashs,less than before,but still crash.
This is what i've done so far :
- Update of W10,
- Clean install of Direct X,physx,Microsoft Visual C++ 2005-2019 x64/86,desktop runtime 3.1.1 & 5.0.2 x64/86,
- Update of the radeon software.
So can anyone can help me resolve this?
