Is the SAM disabled when use mult-graphics card?

My CPU is 5600G, and VGA card is ASRocket 6650XT CLD. The 5600G for daily use(output) and 6650xt for video editing in background, I am enabled Resizable BAR and Above 4G but the SAM still disabled.
