Is Ryzen 3400g capable of 1280 x 390 Resolution?

I just recently purchased a 14.9" display that serves as an arcade marquee.  The resolution on the unit is 1280x390.

Basically, I have a Dell 2007FP as the main monitor, and the display above.

Unfortunately, the 3400g is not seeing this as an acceptable resolution.  Windows 10 Pro display settings do not list 1280 x 390, and the Radeon settings won't allow me to even choose a custom resolution.

Here is the unit:

Does anyone know if this is even possible or if there is some kind of workaround?

Thank you!

That is a very odd resolution which may be the reason it is not supported.

According to this Tech Website here are the resolutions for the Vega 11 Integrated Graphics: AMD Radeon RX Vega 11 Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database

There is a small free utility called Custom Resolution Utility which you can try to input that odd resolution and see if it works.  But use at your own risk.

I would contact and open a ticket at Toshiba Support and ask them if this hardware is compatible with Windows 10. Plus what you need to get that odd resolution to show up in Windows 10.
