I want to connect my TV through HDMI with my computer, but they should be just connected when i want to, without plugging it in and out everytime.
I have never heard of anyone's video card ever working in that way. You could talk to AMD support about it, they may have some advice: https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form
