Heya!

So, I have a Ryzen 3 3200G with a Vega 8 and 16gb RAM on my computer. I heard that Relive isn't available in GPUs with 2gb or less of VRAM. If I increase my VRAM, will relive become available?

Yes that is true according to AMD Support concerning Relive feature.

See if you are able to increase the vRAM to 3GB and see if Relive is now enabled. 

I presuming you don't have a separate GPU card installed correct?

NOTE: If it isn't enabled then return your vRAM back to the way it was before to save System Memory.
