i've just bought an acer kg241 p 144hz monitor however its stuck on 120hz and ive tried many different ways to go over but it says its not compatible so i thought it may have something to do with my gpu which is a Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon RX 590 8 GB GDDR5

i just need to know what im doing wrong to get to 144hz, thanks
