I recent bought a xfx rx 580 black edition and the fan is very loud.The fan is hitting a a little plastic part that's in the the fan. What should I do?
Should I bring it somewhere to fix or can I fix myself with no prior knowledge on how to fix gpu?

Contact XFX support, they will probably send you a new fan and help with instructions on how to fit it.
