I use and EUG projector and it displays the color black just fine when going through its loading screen. Its only when windows starts displaying that images get a "matrix-y" green distortion. When the screen is predominantly white (like while I'm typing this) everything display correctly. But if I right click on the windows toolbar after a second the black turns matrix distortion. Its still readable. It also affects still images. Attached the AMDprwreport
