i have some problem with my graphic cards (amd radeon HD 8650g + 8670m dual graphic)

i have some problem with my graphic cards (amd radeon HD 8650g + 8670m dual graphic) My graphics cards are not dual and just amd radeon HD 8650g available and my games is so slow.

Both cards are working together but your laptop will only show the primary card not both cards.
