I have a really really weird issue with my pc it happens every game i'm playing smoothly for a while and boom fps drop to 5 -10 for 2 - 4 seconds then back to normal and it takes time to happen again like an hour or more.. wtf? i even reinstalled windows

please help if i use amd graphics card my game fps drops like 2 min once and comes back after 10-15 seaconds and same repeats everytime how do i fix this
