That's the problem when I put on any settings FPS is the same. Before I had the Nvidia GT 730 DDR3 64bit and better worked, FPS was 35 normal.
I upgraded to my RX 580 because of Battlefield 1 performance from a HD7950. I had a Phenom II X6 1090T. It just couldn't do it. Even with the RX 580 it couldn't do it. So I went to an i7-7700k and that is working fine. The interesting thing is that in this same time frame my Son had a 1050ti 4gb and then got a 1060 6gb so I took his 1050Ti and paired it with my 1090ti. And I never drop below 35fps at low settings at 1080p now with that card. So long story short those Nvidia cards may be slightly less CPU dependent. With the right CPU my RX580 wipes the floor with a 1050ti but on that cpu the 1050ti beats it. That may help explain what you are seeing.
