I got old Graphic card

So i Have AMD Radeon HD 5700 series and i didnt update it and i dont know how i need help

Install GPU-Z, use the 'Lookup' button & it should show exact model.

Then go to https://www.amd.com/en/support type the 57?? model in search, click it & then submit.
