I bought an rx 580 from amazon but i did not get the codes

I am able to give my receipt and my order number

You get the codes from the merchant you bought it from if they participate. I believe this is a USA program only, so if you or the seller is outside the USA, the transaction may not be eligible. I am not AMD, not my program, only repeating what I have seen here. I would contact AMAZON customer support and see what they suggest.
