I currently have a Dell Optiplex 980 running Windows 10. I was given a new (old) monitor...a Dell P2218 Hb...and the currentl video card (ATI Radeon 3450) won't support the best resolution (1920x1080) for it. Will an EVGA HD Radeon 6850 support 1920x10

I currently have a Dell Optiplex 980 running Windows 10.  I was given a new (old) monitor...a Dell P2212Hb 22"...and the best resolution for it is 1920x1080.  But the current video card (ATI Radeon HD 3450) won't support that resolution.  I have an EVGA HD Radeon 6850, and I wondered if it would support that resolution.  If so, I'll swap them out.

The Radeon 3450 does not meet the minimum requirements of Windows 10. The 6850 does support 1920x1080, but do be aware it is a legacy card and has not received and will not be receiving any new drivers.
