I can't pinpoint my driver in the list - Radeon R5 Series

I'm looking to update my driver. My PC's processor is an AMD A8-7410 with AMD Radeon R5 Graphics 2.20 GHz (please don't laugh). Within the R5 Series I have a choice of 200, 300 and 400 Series, but I have no idea which one mine is. Help?

Choose from the APU section,

A prebuilt (dell, etc...) mini/2 in 1 pc ?. it's probable.

It's a Lenovo H30, described online as an "affordable slim desktop PC", so yeahhhhh.
