I bought new PC with RX 580, and I have 85c temperature while gaming?

Hi.

I am a new user of AMD cards, in my case it is RX 580.

I am playing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2019, and I noticed my fans are getting crazy loud, so I checked temps while gaming, and I found its 85c on AMD card, while CPU is 74c.

Should I set some configuration somewhere here...Capture.PNG

...and how would I do it?

Setting fan to run faster to hold temperature under 75 or 70c, I feel like 85 is maybe not that dangerous, but why to leave it if I can lower it?

GPUs are designed to tolerate extended temperatures of 95*C so there is no reason to worry about that, and is why most OEMs set their fan speed curves so they do not start ramping up until the 80s for noise reasons. Your CPU being 74*C could be an issue, what is it?

Tmax for that processor is 100*C, so no need to worry about that either.
