Graphics Cards

I bought a Jieshuo 8GB RX 580 GDDR5 GPU graphic card

When I bought this card I thought I was getting something I can use to enjoy good pc games. What I ended up with was a card that had been used for mining (Yeah... if I knew what I know now, I won't be in so much mess).

At first I was having a code 43 problem which I managed to fix. The PC recognizes my card now but I have this weird glitches (geometric shapes and lines in different colors) that get progressively worse when I do more demanding tasks on the gpu card. I will upload a video to explain better.

Here is my system information

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 19045) (19041.vb_release.191206-1406)
BIOS: BIOS Date: 10/12/12 14:30:22 Ver: 08.03 (type: BIOS)
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3550 CPU @ 3.30GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.3GHz
Memory: 16384MB RAM

Display Devices
---------------
Card name: AMD Radeon RX 580 2048SP
Chip type: AMD Radeon Graphics Processor (0x6FDF)
DAC type: Internal DAC(400MHz)
Dedicated Memory: 8170 MB
Current Mode: 1920 x 1200 (32 bit) (60Hz)

Monitor Name: Generic PnP Monitor
Monitor Model: Acer X243W
Monitor Id: ACR0000
Native Mode: 1920 x 1200(p) (59.950Hz)
Output Type: DVI

When I contacted a technician he suggest that I change the VRAM. I googled and realized it's pretty expensive to that that. I just want to know if there is another way to solve the problem I have.

Thanks.

Best regards.
