I assembled a new pc from AMD Radeon 580 and Amd Ryzen 2600. The first day of fps in cs: it was 290-400 fps. Now this number is much lower - 80-180 fps. Help me solve the problem.

Попробуй изменить параметры электропитания в панели управления, мне на Radeon 530 помогло.
