How do you switch from integrated Intel to dedicated AMD graphics?

I have a cyber power pc with AMD Radeon RX 580, and I somehow cannot use it. The driver has stuck on Intel integrated Graphics. I have tried reinstalling, restarting, and almost everything to get it to work. Help! Any suggestions/solutions? Microsoft support also was unsuccessful with this issue. I am running the latest version of win 10.

Monitor connected to graphics card, mobo bios settings (initial display first(or similar wording) on auto/pci/peg, not igpu) ?
