can see nothing wrong if its a MSI armor rx580 4GB except the gpu clock should be 1366MHz by default. But maybe you did an underclock, otherwise all the rest seem legit to me i have nearly the same card (same bios and hynix too, but 570 , all is same except the core clock value)
