How can I use my dedicated video card from my laptop?

The point is that I have a laptop, but I can't use my Radeon HD8500M card, I only see the R5 in use, I don't know how to do it so that the dedicated card is in use, because not even the LoL can move, everything looks stuck Does anyone know how to solve this?
